EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Scientific High School Diploma at the Scientific High School “G.Marconi” in Scicli (RG)

Degree in Medicine and Surgery, on March 28, 1981, at the University of Bologna, discussing a
thesis entitled: “Hepato-portal flowmetry after experimental liver resection”, supervisor
prof. A. Cavallari.

Qualification to practice the profession of Surgeon in the first session of the
1981 at the University of Bologna.

Postgraduate Diploma in Otorhinolaryngology and Cervical Facial Pathology at the University
of Messina in 1985, discussing a thesis entitled: “The surgery of nasal septum perforations”.
